Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Financial Planner & Analyst. Your primary mission is to provide accurate financial analysis and reporting, support planning and forecasting processes, and contribute data-driven insights to facilitate effective business decision-making and value creation.
Support Planning & Forecasting: Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and forecasts while refining financial models to translate business strategies into financial implications.
Performance Management: Prepare financial and extra-financial performance reports and analyze real-time data to guide day-to-day business decisions.
Expert Decision Support: Develop robust financial models and data-driven solutions to identify business challenges and support future planning.
Sustainability & Risk: Play an active role in risk management and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of your area of responsibility through digital archiving and sustainable practices.
Profile
Analytical & Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles and reporting.
Software Proficiency: High proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with BI or financial planning tools is an advantage.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and the ability to identify business challenges and propose actionable recommendations.
Communication: Skills in data storytelling and interpersonal communication to provide user-friendly business information for decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate and cooperate effectively within a team environment.
